About me

  • Hello, my name is Sayak - a self taught freelance artist based on the Philippines.

  • I draw a variety of art styles and like to dabble on original and fan content in my line of work.

  • My main drawing tools are Krita and a Huion Inspiroy H640P Tablet.

TERMS OF SERVICE

General & Process

  • The artist reserve the right to decline a commission for reasons such as not being comfortable or the demand is out of the artist's range of skill.

  • During the art process, clients will be notified at every major stage of production (sketch, flat coloring, rendering, final touches) if applicable. They are free to ask for any updates of the artwork, provided with a watermarked preview of the progress.

  • Clients must either pay the full price upfront or a 50% down payment BEFORE further work past the sketching phase.
    And may not cancel the commission AFTER payment has been made.

  • Turnaround time ranges from 1-21 days, depending on the complexity and status.

  • If the client does not approve the work or request any changes within forty-eight (48) hours after each update, the work will be deemed approved automatically, and no further revisions will be accepted at that stage.

  • Once the commission has been completed and full payment has been received, the client shall receive the original, full-resolution artwork in PNG format via direct message (DM) or email.

  • Maximum of two (2) minor revisions may be requested after the final product is delivered before additional charges apply.

  • You are free to ask any relevant questions that is not covered in this site.

Payment

  • For international payments, use Paypal with USD as the currency.
    For local (Philippines only) payments, use GCash with PHP as the currency.

  • When using Paypal, DO NOT include any suggestive or nsfw-related descriptions in the payment/invoice notes.

  • Clients must either pay the full price upfront or a 50% down payment BEFORE further work past the sketching phase.
    And may not cancel the commission AFTER payment has been made.

  • All remaining payments must be paid before the artist delivers the final product and revisions.

  • There will be no refunds.

Image Rights & Usage

  • I, the artist, reserve the right to display any of my commissions to my portfolio, website, future conventions and social media to promote my business. Clients must communicate in advance if they do not wish for it to be shared in public.

  • Commissions are for personal use only. If the client wishes to use it commercially, inquire the artist for permission. Otherwise, the client may not alter, reproduce, sell or use the art commercially. Extra costs will be added when granted.

  • Clients must credit me via my handle @DGSayak every time the artwork is used in public. Depending on the artwork, they may ask for an unwatermarked version. Otherwise, they may not remove the watermark without permission.

  • Using my art for cryptocurrency, NFTs, AI training, AI-generated content, or any similar technologies is strictly prohibited.

  • Maximum amount of characters in an artwork is (4) FOUR.

  • Add-on Prices for backgrounds with simple geometry are NONE. PNG background only also cost NONE.

  • Add-on Prices for weapons only applies when it is included and/or is visible in the final product.

  • The maximum amount of weapons per character is (2) TWO, holstered or otherwise.

  • The maximum amount of alt in an art piece is (3) THREE.
