About me

  • Hello, my name is Sayak - a self taught freelance artist based on the Philippines.

  • I draw a variety of art styles and like to dabble on original and fan content in my line of work.

  • My main drawing tools are Krita and a Huion Inspiroy H640P Tablet.

TERMS OF SERVICE

General & Process

  • The artist reserve the right to decline a commission for reasons such as not being comfortable or the demand is out of the artist's range of skill.

  • During the art process, clients will be notified at every major stage of production (sketch, flat coloring, rendering, final touches) if applicable. They are free to ask for any updates of the artwork, provided with a watermarked preview of the progress.

  • Clients must pay either the full amount upfront or a 50% down payment before further work is done past the sketching phase. And may not cancel the commission after payment has been made.

  • Turnaround time ranges from 1-21 days, depending on the complexity and status.

  • If the client does not approve the work or request any changes within forty-eight (48) hours after each update, the work will be deemed approved automatically, and no further revisions will be accepted at that stage.

  • Once the commission has been completed and full payment has been received, the client shall receive the original, full-resolution artwork in PNG format via direct message (DM) or email.

  • Additionally, a maximum of two (2) minor revisions may be requested after the initial completed artwork is delivered before additional charges apply.

  • You are free to ask any relevant questions that is not covered in this site.

Payment

  • For international payments, use Paypal with USD as the currency.
    For local (Philippines only) payments, use GCash with PHP as the currency.

  • Clients must pay either the full amount upfront or a 50% down payment before further work is done past the sketching phase. And may not cancel the commission after payment has been made.

  • When using Paypal, do not, under any circumstances, include any suggestive or commission-related descriptions in the payment notes.

  • All remaining payments must be done before the artist delivers the final artwork.

  • There will be no refunds.

Image Rights & Usage

  • I, the artist, reserve the right to display any finished commissions to my portfolio, website, future conventions and social media to promote my business. Clients must communicate in advance if they do not wish for it to be shared in public.

  • For all clients, all commissioned work are for personal use only. If the client wishes to use it commercially, inquire the artist for permission. Otherwise, the client may not alter, reproduce, sell or use the art commercially. Extra costs will be added when granted.

  • You must credit me any time my artwork is used in public via my handle @DGSayak. Depending on the artwork, clients may ask for an unwatermarked version of the commission, otherwise do not remove my watermarks without my permission.

  • Using my art for cryptocurrency, NFTs, AI training, AI-generated content, or any similar technologies is strictly prohibited.

  • Maximum amount of characters in an artwork is (4) FOUR.

  • Add-on Prices for backgrounds with simple geometry are NONE. PNG background only also cost NONE.

  • Add-on Prices for weapons only applies when it is included and/or is visible in the final product.

  • The maximum amount of weapons per character is (2) TWO, holstered or otherwise.

  • The maximum amount of alt in an art piece is (3) THREE.

How to Commission

  1. Please make sure to read TOS before proceeding.

  2. Afterwards, you may use the GOOGLE FORM provided to answer the sampled form below.

  3. Once you've filled out that form, I'll let you know once I read and accepted your commission so we may begin.

  4. For checking my progress on the artwork, here's my TRELLO LIST.
