The artist retains authorship credit to the produced artwork, meaning the artist reserves the right to showcase it freely on their portfolio, website, future conventions and social media. Client must communicate in advance if they do not wish for it to be shared publicly.

For clients, it is for personal use including (but not limited to) using it as an icon/profile, wallpaper, header, posting it on social media and reference.

You may not claim the artwork as your own nor will you make profit out of it.

If the client does wish to use it commercially, contact me to see more info on the topic and if it’s available at the moment. Otherwise, the client may not alter, reproduce, sell or use the art commercially.

Depending on the artwork, clients may ask for an unwatermarked commission.

You are allowed to display my work on external sites as long as it is credited and linked back to me via my handle @DGSayak.

Crypto, NFT, and blockchain use as well as supplying AI-generated art is forbidden.

The client must prepare a clear description and references when ordering a commission. Send it in either DMs or Email in Contact Info back at HOME.
Take note that the artist has the right to accept or decline a commission due to explicit reasons.

The client must go through the payment process before the artist starts working on the commission.
The client will not be able to cancel the commission at any point throughout the process after the artist accepts the commission and both parties went through a transaction.

The process usually takes about 2-14 days, depending on complexity and my current situation.

During the commission, you will be notified at every major stage of production (sketch, flat coloring, rendering, final touches) if applicable.
The client is free to ask for any updates of the artwork, provided with a watermarked preview of the progress.

If the client does not approve for further work or requests any changes within the next forty-eight hours after each update, it’ll automatically be established as being approved and no further revisions will be accepted at its current stage.

You may not request drastic changes during or after the rendering process.
Subsequently, if there are forgotten details that is essential to finishing the piece, the artist shall allow to add it within reason.

After both commission and all payment process is done, the client shall then receive the original, unedited artwork in png format through preferred place of transfer (DM/Email.)
